My sincere feedback (my lecturer wrote this)

Assalamualikum and Good day to all my CMP 410 and Organ Comm students

I am writing this email to share my thoughts and concern. Please do not take my words as negative comments rather as constructive feedback from a teacher to his students.

Overall, I am satisfied with your discipline and commitment and I shall conclude this as 90 % of your performance and the balance 10% represents those students who indirectly insulting my capabilities as a lecturer. Those are:

1. Did not respect class attendance

2. Did not show commitment in group assignment

3. Did not show respect by busying BBM, FB and chatting while I was standing in front delivering lectures.

4. Did not take notes during classes (No way you can understand by just listening)

I have got feedback from fellow lecturers that saying my method of teaching is less-strict (i.e preparing slides for students, allowing latecomers etc) but that was my style of showing respect to my students and I am a bit disappointed after all I have done, my students still don’t appreciate and respect me.

As classes have ended, for those of my students who represent the 10% , please CHANGE your attitude right away. It doesn’t matter if you have finished your study. Believe me, if you do continue the negative attributes, you are going nowhere in your career. FULL STOP

For those who still studying, please CHANGE it and do observe Government’s subsidiary towards UITM students.

(Government has allocated RM12,000 per year per ONE UITM student X 200,000 students) DO THE MATHS guys. You are lucky enough being here as UITM student.

My sincere apologies if I have said something wrong, but as always Reality Hurts. Remember SMALL CHANGE..BIG DIFFERENCE.
